This operation successfully struck the Karachi harbor, causing significant damage to the Pakistani naval capabilities. The operation involved the use of Vidyut-class missile boats, anti-submarine corvettes, and was led by Commander Babru Bhan Yadav. The attack resulted in the sinking of four Pakistani Navy ships and the destruction of the Karachi harbor fuel fields. Over 500 Pakistani Navy personnel were killed in the war.
